Terms and Conditions

Last updated 22 August 2026 · applies to the Choka waitlist
Choka is not yet available. These terms cover the pre-launch waitlist only. Terms for the Choka service itself will be published before launch and reviewed by our lawyers first.

1. Who we are

Choka is a voice answering service being built for Australian tradies. In these terms, "Choka", "we" and "us" mean the operator of choka.com.au. "You" means the person joining the waitlist.

2. What the waitlist is

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access. It is not a purchase, a booking, or a contract for services. We may contact you about availability, pricing and the trial when it opens.

Places are limited and we may invite people in any order, or not at all. We can change, pause or close the waitlist at any time.

3. What you give us

To join, you provide your first name, last name, email address and mobile number. You agree that:

How we handle those details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. No promises about the product

Anything on this site about features, pricing, timing or integrations describes what we intend to build. It may change before launch and nothing here is an offer or a guarantee. Any figures quoted about missed calls or lost work are industry estimates, not a prediction of your results.

5. Leaving the waitlist

You can ask us to remove you at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing hello@choka.com.au. We will remove your details from the waitlist and stop contacting you about early access.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from delays or changes to launch. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be sent to waitlist members by email. Questions: hello@choka.com.au.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
